A Month of Pushing Yourself: The May Workout Challenge

We are thrilled to announce that our May exercise challenge is now live on the app!

If you've been struggling to find your va va voom or looking to mix things up in your exercise routine, this challenge is perfect for you.

The May Exercise Challenge is specifically designed to get everyone moving this month and to encourage you to complete a workout three times per week. We believe that small changes can make a big difference, and we hope that this challenge inspires you to take charge of your health and wellness.

Our exercise challenge is jam-packed with a variety of workouts, across 4 weeks, training 3 times per week. This workout is designed for beginners to advanced, providing you with the opportunity to challenge yourself at your own pace.

We know that motivation can sometimes wane, so we'll be with you every step of the way. Our regular reminders and progress updates will keep you on track and motivated. And if you need that extra boost of motivation, don't worry – we have some fantastic prizes lined up for those who complete the challenge.
