Halloween is coming and what better way to celebrate a spooky evening, than by cooking a hearty pumpkin meal!

To celebrate Halloween we have chosen our #IngredientOfTheMonth, looking into the nutritional value of Pumpkins 🎃

In addition to beta carotene, pumpkins offer folate -- all of which including the above contribute in strengthening our immune system.

Our recipe of the month is ⁠Pumpkin Risotto


1 white onion

600ml vegetable stock

200g arborio risotto rice

75g unsalted butter

50g grated parmesan

400g pumpkin

bag of rocket leaves

75ml of white wine

salt / pepper

200ml milk
